By signing up for Fresh Paws Pet Waste Services, you agree to the following terms.
Service
Our pet waste removal service is offered on a month-to-month basis with no contract required. You may cancel at any time with no penalties or fees. Annual and Quarterly subscription options are also available. Our ability to provide service may be affected by weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.
Payment
We require a credit or debit card on file before any service is performed. Your initial cleanup is free of charge. After your first visit, we'll charge a prorated amount covering the remainder of the current month. From that point forward, recurring billing takes place on the 1st of each month for that month's services.
Your monthly rate is based on your per-visit price multiplied by your annual number of visits, averaged over 12 months. This keeps your monthly bill consistent year-round, regardless of how many weeks fall in a given month.
If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month, your service will be paused until payment is processed.
Refund Policy
Services billed for the current month are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel mid-month, we are happy to continue cleaning for the remainder of the month. Annual and Quarterly subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund exceptions may be considered at Fresh Paws's sole discretion.
Promotions
Promotional offers that include a free cleanup apply only to the specified service. All remaining services for the month are billed at the standard rate after the initial cleanup. Promotional benefits are limited to those explicitly stated in the offer.
Holidays
Fresh Paws does not provide service on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. If your service day falls on a holiday, we'll skip that week and perform double duty the following visit. You will still be charged, as there will be two weeks of accumulated waste to handle.
Data & Marketing Consent
By accepting these terms, you give Fresh Paws permission to use collected information for advertising and marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying "Stop" to any SMS, clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email, or contacting us directly. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fresh Paws Pet Waste Services shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved informally by contacting Fresh Paws directly before pursuing any other course of action.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
