Most one-time cleanups take 30 to 60 minutes depending on yard size and how backed up things are. Heavily-overdue yards can take longer. We don't rush, we sweep until it's done.

What if I want to start recurring service after?

Just let us know and we'll get you set up on a weekly or bi-weekly route. New recurring customers get their first regular visit free as a separate signup promo — that's our standard offer for anyone starting recurring service.

Do you charge more for heavily backed-up yards?

Pricing is based on yard size and time required. A long-overdue yard generally costs more than a recently-cleaned one because it takes more time. We quote upfront, no surprises.
